What should be improved in onboarding at DER Touristik?

We had two goals. Firstly, it was important for us to stay in contact with our applicants from the time they signed their contract until they started. We also wanted to structure and standardize the onboarding process for managers.

How did d.vinci Onboarding help with this?

We were able to achieve both goals with d.vinci Onboarding. The software helps us to keep in touch with our future colleagues and we can keep them up to date with everything relevant. In addition, d.vinci Onboarding supports the managers in their tasks.

What conclusions does DER Touristik draw from the project?

The use of d.vinci Onboarding has been a great success for us. On the one hand, we see how actively our onboardees use the portal and, on the other hand, we also receive feedback from managers that the software makes onboarding much easier.
