Focus: RPO & direct search
I have been enthusiastic about the HR environment for 10 years, as new challenges and tasks have always arisen. Since 2017 I have been responsible for Recruiting Services and advise our clients with a lot of personal commitment in the area of RPO and in filling vacant positions. In my spare time, you can meet me, typically North German, either by the sea or by my second passion, bouldering.
I am fascinated by the wide range of tasks in the HR area – from A for application to Z for Gen Z. With a lot of enthusiasm and energy I support our customers in the digitalization of their HR processes and discuss the possibilities for optimization with them individually. As Feelgood-Manager and Shazam-Profi I am also responsible for the daily musical title selection and the good mood in our team.
