We are a team of recruiting experts who are enthusiastic about easy-to-handle processes and mould-breaking innovations within the field of recruiting.

Our team (around 80 colleagues) is shaped by flat hierarchies and a fast decision-making process. Most of all we offer room for ideas and self-driven development – always having our feet on the ground and our heas in the stars.

    This team is responsible for our cutting-edge software (SAAS) which allows companies to organize, digitalize and optimize their recruiting processes and applicant tracking.

    Our appplicant tracking system d.vinci underlies agile principles and is continously developed. For this team we are always looking for software developers, project managers, customer satisfiers and sales consultants.

    Recruiting Services

    Our HR consulting team is our task force for especially difficult vacancies and special orders – always seeking for top talents, specialists and executives in the name of our clients. Our daily work in this team is shaped by confidentiality, seriosity and individual consulting – equal for companies and applicants.

    Our HR consulting team is always looking for candidate seekers and sales consultants to enlight new customers.

    Employer Branding

    Our HR communication team cares for the visibility and attractivity of companies for their applicant target groups. We develop creative and furthermore effective communication tools to attract and engage new employees.

    Our projects are as individual as our clients. Therefore we look for team members who have a well understanding of media, advertising, branding and target groups. Our team is enthusiastic about individual consulting with equally strategical and pragmatical approaches.

    Initially based on a client’s request, we move on to develop the first eRecruiting solution for the German market.

    delphi is awarded certified partner status by online job site Monster – for competent and high-quality media consulting as well as comprehensive services for approaching candidates.
