We are a team of recruiting experts and are excited about pragmatic and innovative ways of HR recruiting.

As a family-run business, a fair and cooperative acquaintance is our priority. We value contact at eye level and long-term relationships in which we grow with each other – with our customers as well as our employees.

Our team of about 80 employees is characterized by flat hierarchies and fast decision paths. Most of all we offer room for own ideas, independent work on one’s own responsibility and the opportunity to grow on tasks.

Our History

  • 1987

    One man show

    The delphi management counseling advises the first customers in the selection of convenient colleagues. The delphi logo accompanies us since day one.
  • 1989

    Small but nice

    Successful projects, satisfied customers and a great office with a view over the Elbe make us grow.
  • 1990

    On expansion course

    We are now close to our southern German customers, too – with offices in Munich and Stuttgart.
  • 2000

    d.vinci is created

    Upon request by a customer we develop the first e-recruiting solution on the German market.
  • 2007

    Active exchange of ideas

    Recruiters and decision makers meet for an intensive exchange about the topic e-recruiting at the first d.vinci user conference.
  • 2011

    Excellent counseling

    delphi receives the award as a certified partner of the job portal Monster – for competent and high-quality media counseling as well as extensive services around the addressing of applicants.
  • 2014

    To the future

    The newest version of the d.vinci system combines most recent technologies with our collective experience in 14 years of e-recruiting.

    delphi becomes d.vinci – the “d” stays

    In the future our two well-known brands delphi and d.vinci will be combined even stronger and offer all our services and solutions to our customers under the name d.vinci.

    d.vinci goes international

    Our first customers in Estonia administrate their applicants with the applicant tracking systm from now on.
