Is the position still active?

Yes, every position on our website is active. However, we do have positions that we want to fill as soon as possible and those that are open all the time. In any case we are happy about your application: If we fit together, we talk about a starting date and everything else that is important individually.

What documents should I send?

To get an idea of your expertise, your CV is essential. We are also happy to read your covering letter to find out more about your motivation and decision for d.vinci! Furthermore reports are helpful to us – it is sufficient to send the most current 3-5.

How do I know if you got my application?

You receive a confirmation per mail upon receipt of your application via our online questionnaire.

What jobs can be found in the d.vinci career portal?

In the HR team we are looking for candidates in the name of our customers. These positions are published under the name d.vinci in the career portal. Even though you see the d.vinci company logo, it is most likely a publication for another company. There are also vacancies of customer companies that show their own company logo. If you are interested in one or more of the jobs in the career portal, we prefer you to apply via the button on the bottom of the publication or to contact the individually named contact person.

How long are my application documents saved?

We save your application up to six months after the closure of the application process in our system at most. In single cases we save the application in our pool in order to consider it in future vacancies. In a case like this we contact you beforehand and ask for your permission.

What does the interview process look like?

  • Phone Interview

    For most positions we like to schedule a first interview over the phone that takes 20-30 minutes. That helps you and us to talk about the details of the position and to answer our questions about your CV and your questions about the company.

  • First Interview

    In a first personal interview in our offices we would like to get to know you better. Normally our department and the responsible HR assistant are present during this appointment.

  • Getting to know our management

    In a second interview in our offices you get to know the management and we talk about the details of your employment in our company.

  • Trial day

    During a trial day you are able to meet your future team, get to know your work environment and get a first impression of your workday at d.vinci.
